AJAX Socket is a socket adapter with a built-in energy monitor. It is plugged into conventional sockets and controls the power supply to connected household appliances. These include, for example, kettles, televisions, air conditioning, home lighting and much more. using the AJAX mobile app, end users have all the sockets in their household in one place: they decide when which appliance should or should not be running - AJAX Socket reliably switches the power supply on or off.

The smart home socket: AJAX Socket

AJAX Socket is connected to the AJAX alarm and smart home system via Jeweller wireless technology. The long-range radio technology makes it possible to address the socket over a range of up to 1,000 meters. By comparison, a conventional Wi-Fi connection usually extends to just 100 meters.

Security and economy

AJAX Socket protects connected devices from short circuits. The built-in overvoltage and undervoltage detection automatically switches off the power supply in the event of mains problems. When the power supply returns to normal, AJAX Socket automatically resumes operation. Built-in special locks also ensure that small children, for example, cannot insert pens or similar objects into the contacts. Practical: AJAX Socket helps to save electricity and recognizes devices with high consumption - the LED ring around the smart home socket makes this visible at a glance. AJAX Socket lights up red or purple when devices with high power consumption are connected, and green or blue when energy-saving technology is connected.

Easy installation without the need for a specialist

Installation is a breeze and your customers can do it without technical support. AJAX Socket is simply inserted between the plug of the household appliance and the socket - that's it! AJAX Socket fits into all standard multiple sockets with European safety plugs (type F). Thanks to its clever design, even angled plugs from other appliances can be inserted into a multiple socket alongside AJAX Socket.
