AJAX MultiTransmitter: Radio transmitter for device integration into the AJAX security system
As a radio module of the latest standard, the AJAX MultiTransmitter converts alarm detectors - regardless of manufacturer - into fully-fledged AJAX devices with the complete range of functions of the original AJAX products. This means that buyers can upgrade their existing alarm systems to an AJAX security system and also expand their AJAX security system itself with third-party components as required. Outdoor detectors, thermal relays, signaling devices - if a customer wants to upgrade their existing alarm system to the AJAX alarm system without having to replace every single detector, the AJAX MultiTransmitter is the solution of choice. The device integrates the detectors into the AJAX alarm system by acting as an interface between the sensors and the control panel, the AJAX Hub. If a detector is triggered, the transmitter sounds the alarm and forwards the signal to the AJAX Hub. The range of the radio signal is up to 1,600 meters without obstacles.
Protected against sabotage with the AJAX MultiTransmitter
Thanks to an integrated accelerometer, the AJAX MultiTransmitter is able to detect tampering attempts. If unauthorized persons attempt to remove or damage the device or one of the linked detectors, the transmitter sounds an alarm. This means that buildings are always optimally secured in an emergency. If there are problems with the power supply to the connected detectors, the AJAX MultiTransmitter can supply them with emergency power.
AJAX MultiTransmitter: Easy to install, ready for immediate use
The AJAX MultiTransmitter can be used both indoors and outdoors. The device is either mounted in the housing of a detector or enclosed in an AJAX mounting box. Due to its high temperature stability from minus 25° C to plus 50° C and its humidity tolerance of up to 75 percent, the AJAX MultiTransmitter remains functional even in extreme weather conditions.
