The Ajax CombiProtect Fibra is a wired motion and glass breakage detector. It detects motion at a distance of up to 12 meters and glass breakage at a distance of up to 9 meters. Together with the IR sensor, it uses a high-frequency scan that filters out thermal interference. CombiProtect Fibra works only as part of the Ajax security system and communicates with the hub via the secure Fibra protocol. The range of the wired connection is up to 2000 meters when connected via Twisted Pair U/UTP Cat.5.

Fibra communication technology enables independent lines up to 2 km in length. Eight lines in a system controlled by Hub Hybrid minimize possible damage.
